The Health & Fitness team aims to ensure young people and adults have access to a wide range
of educational and sporting activities. To capture the imagination and develop programmes that will
excite, increase participation, develop skills and extend learning. Forthcoming events, regular classes
and fitness suite membership are detailed below.
Current we offer: a fully equipped fitness suite, badminton courts, Table
Tennis, indoor bowls, fencing, archery, basketball, as well as a range of
health and fitness classes and martial arts classes.
We also have outdoor facilities that include 3 full size football pitches
(one floodlit), an outdoor training area and 6 changing rooms all with
shower facilities.
The sports E2E programme is a 22 week educational programme based on the CSLA (Community Sports Leaders Award).The aim of which is for the young people to progress into Employment or Education. Participants also have the opportunity to gain Basic Skills in Literacy and Numeracy (up to level 2) and complete a level 1 coaching award. The programme also includes various workshops, a work experience placement and a residential trip.

The Monday Club

Fitness Suite
Our fully equipped gym will help you reach your fitness goal. Whether you wish to tone up,
keep fit, or just get regular exercise, this is the place to be!
Equipment includes: exercise cycles, shoulder press machines, lat pull-down machine,
pec-dec machine, quad extension machine, rowing machines, step machines, sit up benches
and a range of dumbells & barbells. For your first session our staff will ensure you are
fully inducted and have a personal training plan designed to meet your individual needs.
