The Y is home to the Dance Development Officer for Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland, Ruth Bates. Ruth works across both city and counties to develop an infrastructure for Dance by working alongside key partners in education, sport, local authorities and the dance profession to give the already vibrant and respected dance work from this area a voice and legacy.
