Biscoe is a saxophone virtuoso of great lyricism, passion, stamina and considerable versatility. BBC double award winner Tony Kofi joins Chris Biscoe in an exploration of the musical legacy of reeds virtuoso Eric Dolphy. Since the release of their CD Gone in the Air this quartet has toured widely. They feature arrangements specially developed for them with music written by Eric Dolphy, and tunes from Oliver Nelson, Fats Waller and Monk.
