The Y employs around 100 full time, part time and sessional staff across a range of specialist areas including: youth and community, housing, education, offending, sports and theatre. As an organisation that prides itself in being a quality employer we have had Investors in People status since 2002 and more recently have been accredited with "One's to Watch" status in the Sunday Times Best Companies survey.We are totally committed to the development of our staff and have been accredited as an Approved Centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), enabling us to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in Leadership and Management both internally and externally.
