Getting here

Train: We are opposite Leicester Train Station, just turn right out of the station, cross at the lights, then turn right and immediately left onto East Street.

Bus: Being so close to the train station means there are loads of buses to get to us – look for buses stopping at the train station or running along London Road. We are a 12 minute walk from Haymarket Bus Station and a 15 minute walk from St Margaret’s Bus Station.

Cycle: We have sheltered cycle parking available inside, please speak to our front of house team and they will be happy to help you. The nearest public cycle parking is directly in front of the Box Office entrance, or across the road at the train station.

Car: East Street NCP is a multi-story car park that is next door to the theatre. It has two allocated disabled bays on level 2 and a lift to levels 2, 4 and 6. Discounted parking tickets are available from Box Office for £7. If you are attending a show on a weekday this can save you as much as £18, but if you are attending on a weekend, the charge at the car park itself is £5 for 12 hours and £10 for 24 hours so our passes will only be cheaper if you plan to spend the day. There is also pay and display parking around the local area, the nearest being Dover Street Car Park, the post code for which is LE1 6PW. On street parking is free after 6pm. We also have a loading bay in front of the theatre.

Toilets: The main toilet facilities are downstairs. There are three cubicles in the ladies and one cubicle and four urinals in the mens. There are also two cubicles in the ladies changing rooms and one in the mens changing rooms, a little further down the stairs. On the ground floor we have a disabled toilet, the key for which can be obtained from Box Office.

Baby Changing: The disabled toilet on the ground floor contains a baby changing unit. We also have ladies and mens changing rooms downstairs should you want further privacy.

Buggy Park: During all our shows we have space at the side of the auditorium for you to park your buggy. This is straight ahead as you enter the auditorium, to the left of the stage.

Drinks: Our theatre bar is open one hour before a show and serves a variety of soft drinks available in reusable plastic cups.

Snacks: Our theatre bar serves crisps, nuts, chocolate, sweets and ice cream.

Bottle warming: We are happy to provide hot water or microwave facilities for bottle warming, just ask one of our front of house team.
