MAKE IT HAPPEN!

If your business is looking for a charity partnership then why not sign up to support our Youth Homelessness Ends Here campaign?  We know businesses and their employees want to see the impact of their fundraising and donations, and supporting a local charity like The Y means that you will be having a direct impact on the community around you.  Alongside that we can also bring benefits to your business, including enhancing employee relationships, gaining positive publicity, utilising surplus stock and fulfilling your Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

7 small ways to make a big impact

  • Display a collecting tin in your business, whether just for staff or customers too
  • Donate a prize or experience that we can use to raise funds OR sell raffle tickets in the office and give staff a chance to win!
  • Host an event in aid of The Y, run a marathon or have a cake sale. We can support staff to raise funds through all kinds of exciting challenges and events.
  • Hire The Y Theatre for your conference or event and support the charity’s work. Built in 1900 it is Leicester’s oldest surviving theatre.
  • Donate through Payroll giving, an easy way for employees to support young people in crisis. Regular donations give us a stable income to keep vital services running.
  • Nominate us as your Charity of The Year and we will develop a great programme of fundraising activities for your employees to enjoy, alongside a benefits package to help you reach your goals.
  • Sponsor a house and you’ll be providing a warm, safe place for five young people every night, setting them up with the skills and support to leave homelessness behind for good.
